At The Affiliate House (Jonathan Alonso), I prioritize your satisfaction and am committed to providing exceptional support. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase (class, course, bundle, or template), please don't hesitate to contact us. Your feedback is invaluable to us!


Refunds and cancellations are available under our policy, but there are some limitations. Please review the terms below. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by our policy. This policy applies to purchases made or referred from the following domains and websites: https://www.theaffiliatehouse.com.

Refunds

While we do offer refunds and cancellations under specific conditions, please familiarize yourself with the following terms:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe) and may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your bank statement.

  • Digital Content: My Digital Content, including courses, templates, tools, digital software, scripts, and swipe files, are non-refundable once purchased. All sales are final in this category.
  • Third-Party Tools: We cannot be held liable for any third-party tools or programs associated with our Digital Content that may result in account termination or loss of access. Digital Content purchases are non-refundable once processed.

Customers are responsible for managing their account subscriptions and purchases. Refunds only apply to the current subscription payment and do not cover the previous month's charges or additional costs.

Cancelation

Cancellation is applicable to Monthly or Yearly Subscriptions:

  • You have the flexibility to cancel anytime through your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe), or by contacting us at jonathan@theaffiliatehouse.com.
  • Upon cancellation, you will be removed from the subscribed group or class, irrespective of whether you're in the trial period or under a monthly or annual membership.

Conditional Sales

Giveaways and Bonuses for Signing Up:


Participation in our promotional offers, including gaining free access to courses in exchange for signing up for other programs or affiliate programs, entails acceptance of the following terms:

  • The provided email address must correspond to the email associated with your relevant account.
  • Signing up for specified programs must utilize the provided affiliate link(s), which is mandatory to access the free course or bonus proposed.
  • You must adhere to the minimum subscription period specified in the offer for the designated program. If there isn't a period specified, it will be mandatory for a minimum time of 1 month.
  • Failure to meet these conditions will result in the inability to fulfill the offer as presented.

To expedite access to your bonuses, it would be helpful that upon receiving confirmation of receipt of purchase, you forward the purchase details (Invoice, Date, Time, and Email used) to jonathan@thejonathanalonso.com with the subject line: "Fulfilled Bonus Requirement".


Additionally, cancellation of any third-party programs or purchases will lead to immediate termination of access or of any promotional offer.


Please note that the use of the affiliate link provided by this program is mandatory. Furthermore, confirmation and validation of your sign-up using our affiliate link are prerequisites for accessing the free course or bonus.
